Golden Tag receives Mexican antitrust approval and provides an update on the acquisition of La Parrilla

Golden Tag Resources Ltd. (“Golden Tag” or the "Company") (TSX.V: GOG) is pleased to announce it received approval from Mexico’s antitrust agency, the Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica ("COFECE") on May 25, 2023, for the previously announced acquisition of the La Parrilla Silver Mine Complex (“La Parrilla”) (the “Transaction”).
